What we collect

• • Your email address and your sign-in details, so you can use your account.
• • The listing text you type in — your product idea, style, colors and so on.
• • The pictures and printable files we make for you.

Your listings and files are private to your account — nobody else can see them.

We never see your card number

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a trusted payment company. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch ListPop — we can't see them even if we wanted to.

How AI is used

We use AI services — including OpenAI — to write your titles, tags and descriptions and to create your pictures and printable artwork. That means the text you type is sent to those AI services so they can make your listing. We only send what's needed to make your listing.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We only use it to run ListPop — making your listings, managing your plan, and keeping your account safe.

Deleting your account

Want your account and everything in it deleted? Just email us at jasonlawn228@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and we'll delete your account, your listings and your files for you.
